These terms govern purchases made at tpmonarq.com/digital, operated by Pavol Tylka – sole trader, Západná 664/12, 029 41 Klin, Slovak Republic, IČO 56 358 148, DIČ 1129431886, not a VAT payer. The Protocol is digital content: a 21-page print-ready PDF, weekly Master Trackers, an interactive Notion tracker template and lifetime updates to the purchased edition. To use it you need a device able to open PDF files; a printer and a free Notion account are recommended but not required.

The Protocol is educational self-improvement material. It is not medical, psychological or financial advice, and individual results depend entirely on the buyer's own effort. No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed.

Orders are placed through Stripe's secure hosted checkout. The purchase contract is concluded when payment is completed. The full price is shown before payment and no VAT is added, as the seller is not a VAT payer. An invoice is issued automatically and sent by email.

The founding price applies to the first 100 copies sold, after which the standard price applies. Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is always the price you pay.

Delivery is electronic and immediate: after payment the files are sent to the email address entered at checkout. If nothing arrives within one hour, check the spam folder and then write to hello@tpmonarq.com – delivery will be resolved personally.

The Protocol is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. By ticking the consent box at checkout you expressly request delivery before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you thereby lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, in line with Slovak consumer law and Directive 2011/83/EU. Details are in Refunds & Withdrawal.

Losing the withdrawal right does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective content. If a file is corrupt, incomplete or was not delivered, write to hello@tpmonarq.com. Complaints are handled within 30 days, by redelivery of working files or, where that is impossible, a refund.

The purchase grants one personal, non-transferable license. You may print and use the materials for yourself. You may not share, resell, publish, redistribute or otherwise make the content available to third parties. All rights remain with the seller.

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. A consumer may submit a dispute to alternative dispute resolution before the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI, www.soi.sk) under Slovak ADR legislation, or contact hello@tpmonarq.com first – most issues are resolved directly.
