Refunds & Withdrawal

EU law gives consumers a 14-day right to withdraw from distance purchases. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, that right ends early when delivery begins with the consumer's prior express consent.

At checkout you tick a box stating that you request immediate delivery and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. The Protocol is delivered within minutes of payment – from that moment the purchase is final.

Your statutory rights for defective performance are not affected. If a file is corrupt or incomplete, if delivery failed, or if you were charged without receiving the product, write to hello@tpmonarq.com. You will receive working files or, where redelivery is impossible, your money back. Complaints are resolved within 30 days at the latest.

Email hello@tpmonarq.com from the address used at checkout, with the order date. Every message is read and answered personally.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may turn to alternative dispute resolution before the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk).
